The TotalSnap free trial is an option where you can try the TotalSnap product free of charge for one month. You can decide at any time to cancel your account during that month and you will not be charged anything whatsoever.

The Trial version is virtually identical to the full version with a couple of important differences. Firstly, the trial version does not include a fully unique domain name. What is a domain name you might ask? Domain name is the term for the website address you type into your browser's address bar to get to your site, usually followed by ".com". Instead of a fully unique domain name, the trial version allows you to specify a sub domain. A sub domain is a unique word combination that is placed in front of main domain name. In this case the main domain name is totalsnapdemo.com. For example if you decide to call your TotalSnap trial site bestcoffee, your website domain for your trial site would be bestcoffee.totalsnapdemo.com. This is how you will get to your TotalSnap trial site. The second important difference is that the trial version does not allow for custom email accounts. You can use existing email accounts with your TotalSnap trial site, however the trial does not allow you to create new email accounts.

You will receive an invoice for your first month via email, however it will be paid in full using free trial credits. Your credit card will never be charged for the trial period of your TotalSnap account.

When the trial period approaches the end, you will receive an invoice for the next month of hosting. The invoice will be sent to your email approximately 10 days before the due date. You can cancel your account at any time prior to the due date and you will not be charged anything. On the due date your credit card will be billed the monthly fee. For each month that follows, you will receive an invoice 10 days prior to the due date for the monthly hosting fee. Again, you may cancel your account at any time.

The moment your credit card is billed the first time, you are eligible to upgrade to the full version of TotalSnap for no additional charge. Simply contact our support staff via phone, email or support ticket and request an upgrade to the full version. Our staff will help you select a fully unique domain name for your TotalSnap site, as well as activate all features for your account including custom email accounts. There is absolutely no additional charge for upgrading to the full version.

If you don't request an upgrade to the full version after you have been billed, your account will continue to function using the trial sub domain and without the additional features such as custom email accounts. There is nothing wrong with running your account using the trial settings, however you will not get the benefits of the full domain name and custom email features. You can request an upgrade to the full version at any time.

Yes, all of the normal functionality of TotalSnap is available in the trial version, including Facebook and mobile interactivity.

Yes, a credit card is required for the trial version. The credit card will only be charged at the end of the one month trial period. If you cancel the account prior to the end of the trial period, your credit card will not be charged anything.
